wireless site survey request form

A site survey is needed to determine if CorpraNET can provide you with wireless Internet access. A technician will visit your location with special testing equipment. Depending upon the location of our equipment, It may be necessary for our technician to have roof access. There will be no charge or obligation for a site survey and it will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.

 

This form requires an email client like Outlook or Outlook Express to be installed on the computer.
Once you submit this form we will contact you as soon as possible. You are not required to be present at time of survey if one is needed. We will contact you with the results once the survey is done.  Inform those needed that we are performing the survey. Thank You!
